My name is Frank Robert Lefeber,

At present I work as Business development manager in the Middle East.

My career started with Shell in Manufacturing. (Refineries) During my career I have been involved in all disciplines of the oil and gas industry. I have worked 7 years in the desert of Oman in Construction, maintenance, engineering and Utilities. In Brunei as Construction manager Onshore. I was the engineering manager for a large electricity provider in the Netherlands and Site manager for the construction of a power station, driven by gas turbines and equipped with waste heat recovery units and steam turbines. Worked as Turn Around manager on a coal fired Power plant and  I was the general manager for a company, involved in the repair of industrial electric motors, transformers and generators.

In Saudi Arabia, I was the general manager for a company involved in the provision of industrial services, construction and maintenance for the oil, gas and chemical industry. During my career, I have been involved in making business plans, marketing plans and quotations to clients, including long-term service contracts.

Back to Shell as Maintenance and Integrity Manager on the Island of Sakhalin Russian Federation.

Worked as Turn Around Manager on the Nynashamn Refinery in Sweden.
