Customer Service Technician

The “Customer Service Technician” is the face of the company in the field. Her / His duty is to visit and maintain and repair our devices.

Profile:

  • Very enthusiastic, loyal, self-motivation and ambition.
  • Knowledge to work with Microsoft Office.
  • Oral and written ability in Dutch and English. (Papiamento, Spanish)
  • A positive, confident and determined approach and the ability to be client friendly.
  • Ability to function in a team with good communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure with minimum or no supervision and perform multiple tasks.
  • Willing to work extra hours when required.
  • Be flexible and have the ability to manage changes.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate during training and management development process.

  • IT knowledge.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Tech-sevvy
  • Troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Systems knowledge.
  • High school or equivalent.
